AgentDock with Factory Droid
AgentDock reads Droid's transcripts while it runs, with nothing to install: what it's doing and when it's done, and its finished turns in History and Activity. Droid keeps only running token totals per session, so its tokens aren't in the Tokens widget yet, and it doesn't say when it waits for your approval, so answer that in its terminal. Written from Factory's documentation, so it's in preview until it's verified on a real install.

AgentDock reads their own session files. Turn them on in Settings › Agents › Show agents in preview; they leave preview once checked with live sessions.
What it reads: Droid's transcripts (~/.factory/sessions). Nothing leaves your Mac.
Set it up
- Turn on Settings › Agents › Show agents in preview (or just this agent's switch).
- Answer its questions in its own terminal: AgentDock opens it when you click the dot.

When the trial ends, the status dots and hover card keep working for free; answering from the Inbox, ⌥⌥ messages and the iPhone need a license.
