AgentDock with Codex

AgentDock reads Codex's session files, so the Codex app's threads and every Codex CLI in any terminal show up with their status, including the questions Codex asks while it keeps working. Where AgentDock can reach the terminal, it answers them and types your messages; its turns and tokens go into History, Activity and Tokens.

What AgentDock does for Codex

Verified with live sessions in the terminals and apps AgentDock supports.

What it reads: Codex's session files (~/.codex/sessions). Nothing leaves your Mac.

Set it up

  1. Nothing to set up to see it.
  2. To know when it waits for an approval, turn on Settings › Agents › Codex › Know when Codex needs approval.

When the trial ends, the status dots and hover card keep working for free; answering from the Inbox, ⌥⌥ messages and the iPhone need a license.
