Who these terms are with

AgentDock for Mac is made by Ideas All Day Ltd, Sofia, Bulgaria (“we”). These terms cover the version you download from agentdockapp.com. The version in Setapp comes with your Setapp membership or purchase, under Setapp's terms, and needs no license from us.

The trial

Everything works for 7 days from the first time you open AgentDock 1.0 or later. After that, the status dots and the hover card keep working for free; answering your agents from the Inbox, ⌥⌥ messages and answering from your iPhone need a license.

Your license

• A license costs $19 once, plus sales tax or VAT where it applies. It lets you use AgentDock on up to 3 Macs that you use. Moving to a new Mac? Deactivate it on the old one in Settings › License.
• It includes every 1.x update. A future 2.0 may be a paid upgrade; the version you have keeps working.
• Please don't share your key publicly, resell it, or work around the license check.

Buying and refunds

AgentDock is sold through Link, a Stripe service, which is the merchant of record: it takes the payment and the tax, sends your receipt and handles payment questions under its own terms. If AgentDock isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of buying, by replying to Link's receipt or writing to hello@ideasallday.com, and you get the full amount back. A refunded license stops working.

What AgentDock does for you

AgentDock shows what your coding agents are doing and types what you tell it to into their terminals: answers to their questions, approvals of the actions they ask about, and your messages. Every answer and message waits two seconds so you can undo it, but what you approve and what your agents then do is your responsibility, as when you type it yourself.

Claude Code, Codex, cmux, tmux, iTerm and the other tools AgentDock works with belong to their makers. AgentDock isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them, and it can only keep up with their changes as they come.

Warranty and liability

We build AgentDock carefully and fix what's broken, but it's provided as it is, without guarantees beyond those the law gives you. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for your license. None of this takes away the rights consumer law gives you where you live.

Law, and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria; if you buy as a consumer in another country, you also keep the protection of its mandatory law. When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Questions: hello@ideasallday.com.
